This salad came from the need for a seriously nutrient dense meal after an intense workout.  It was created from a few ingredients that I like to keep around my house and can be modified to suit your tastes. It’s full of protein (kale, quinoa, pasture-raised hen’s egg) and omega-3s (avocado, walnuts, flax), and even helps hydrate you (cucumber).
